I was a candy striper at the High River hospital from the age of twelve years. I have my certificate for “Alberta Home Care Assistant” year to date and the “Alzheimer and Dementia” certificate.
Palliative care is my passion. It allows me to help those clients reach their last journey in life, which is very rewarding. I have worked at the Bethany Care Centre in Calgary and volunteered with many senior activities within the community, at the Senior Homes and the hospital.
